from the waterfront, this beautiful Cottage has a nice lawn, separate
parking, exclusive boat dock and water front area. Rental includes
a 30 foot Dock that can fit up to two boats.

- Dishwasher, microwave, all eating & cooking utensils, coffee
maker, toaster and large refrigerator.
- Separate wash room with Washer & Dryer.
- 1 1/2 baths.
- 6 person dining table.
- Console TV with HBO & Cable in sun room.
- Air Conditioned.
- Outside grill and picnic table.
- Initial linen is provided for all beds, extra linen and towels
are available.

be returned within 5 days after departure when the unit has been cleared
